Consumer return options

Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period after delivery of the product. They may return a product within this period, paying only the return postage. Wesjon BV does not charge any fees for canceling an online order. The cooling-off period does not apply in the following cases: - Purchases that are custom-made to order; After receiving the product, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel the agreement without giving any reason and to return or exchange the product. You must notify us of this in writing (by email or fax) within 14 days. You must also indicate the condition in which the product will be returned. Depending on the condition of the product, (part of) the purchase price will be refunded to you. You are responsible for the costs and risk of return shipping. If you request Wesjon BV to collect the product from you, a €70 transport fee will be charged. If you cancel an agreement, Wesjon BV will refund the amount stated on the invoice within 14 days to the account number you must specify on the invoice. If you return a product, you must also include the invoice, which you received separately by mail.

You can only return a product and/or order to our address in Heemskerk, as stated on the invoice, with sufficient postage. We will refuse goods with insufficient postage.

Incorrect Deliveries and Damage
If you discover that the item delivered to you does not match the item you ordered, you may not accept it. In such a case, you must notify us immediately by email or fax.

Also, if you discover upon delivery that your order has been opened or is severely damaged, you may not accept the item. You must notify us immediately so we can take the necessary steps and deliver a new product.

NOTE: Check your order for damage and correct delivery immediately upon delivery.
Damage claims and/or incorrect deliveries must be reported as soon as possible.
